Terms of service and sale

1. Provider

2. Service and customers

SNAP ESTATE is an online service for real estate professionals. It transforms photos of rooms with artificial intelligence (virtual staging, restyling, decluttering, renovation, exterior enhancement) and writes property listings.

The service is meant for professionals acting for their business. One account is used by one agent.

3. Tokens

1 token = 1 processed image or 1 written listing. A token is only used when the work is delivered: an image that fails costs nothing and can be retried.

Every new account receives 3 free tokens, with no card required.

4. Plans and prices

Monthly plans: Essentiel €15 (20 tokens per month), Pro €39 (70 tokens per month), Agence €99 (220 tokens per month). Plan tokens are renewed at each billing date and do not roll over to the next month.

Extra tokens: €0.80 per token, never expire, and are used after the plan tokens.

Prices are in euros, VAT included, as shown on the pricing page on the day of the order. A price change never applies to a period already paid.

5. Payment, invoices and cancellation

Payment is made by card through Stripe. Plans renew automatically every month until cancelled. Invoices are available in the billing area.

A plan can be cancelled at any time from the billing area: it stays active until the end of the period already paid, with no refund for that period. Extra tokens already bought stay available.

6. Photos uploaded by the agent

The agent confirms they hold the rights needed on every photo they upload (as author, or with the agreement of the author and of the owner of the property), and that the photos show no identifiable person.

The agent remains responsible for the photos they upload and for the use they make of the results.

7. Virtual images and the agent’s duty

The images produced are virtual retouching: furniture, decoration and renovated surfaces do not exist in the property. Artificial intelligence may make mistakes (proportions, details).

Before publishing, the agent checks every image and states that it has been virtually retouched, so as not to mislead buyers or tenants. Pages shared from the service carry the notice “virtually staged image” by default.

8. Storage and deletion

Original and produced images are kept for 90 days, then deleted for good. The deletion date is shown on every project, and reminders are emailed 14 and 3 days before once email sending is active. The agent should download what they want to keep.

9. Sharing and public gallery

A share link for a project can be switched on and off by the agent at any time.

An image appears in the public gallery only if the agent has expressly agreed to it; that agreement can be withdrawn at any time.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, with reasonable care. Interruptions for maintenance or caused by our providers may occur. Liability is limited to the amounts paid by the agent over the last twelve months, except in case of gross negligence.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, write to us first; failing amicable settlement, the courts of Montpellier have jurisdiction.
