What is a token?
One token is one generated image, whatever the transformation, or one written listing. An image that fails doesn't use any token.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Your plan tokens renew every month and don't roll over. Extra tokens you buy never expire while your account exists, and are used after your plan tokens.
Does the AI change the room's architecture?
No: walls, windows, doors, volumes and perspective are kept. Only furniture, decor and the chosen surfaces change.
How long are my images kept?
90 days, on every plan. We email you 14 days and then 3 days before deletion, and the date is shown on each project. Remember to download everything.
Which photo formats can I upload?
JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB per photo and 20 photos per batch.
Can I use these images in my listings?
Yes. Transparency rules require you to state that an image was virtually edited: the notice is added automatically on our share links, and we recommend adding it to your listings too.
How do I cancel?
In one click from the Subscription page of your space. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I share the result with my seller?
Yes: each project can produce a public link with the before/after slider. Turn it off whenever you like.
