What we collect and why
Your account: email address, password (stored encrypted by our provider) or Google sign-in, and the optional contact details you add (name, agency, phone) to sign your listings.
Your photos, the images produced from them and the property details you enter for a listing, to provide the service.
Your plan, token balance and invoices, to bill and apply your plan. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract (account, processing, billing), legal obligations (accounting) and your consent (public gallery). Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest.
How long we keep it
Photos and produced images: 90 days, then deleted. Account data: as long as the account is open, then deleted within three months of closure. Invoices: ten years (accounting obligation). Images in the public gallery stay there until you withdraw them.
Who receives it
Our providers, only for what they need: Vercel (website hosting, United States), Supabase (database, accounts and storage, European region), fal.ai and OpenAI (image processing: the photo is sent to produce the result; it may be processed outside the EU), Anthropic (listing writing: the property details you enter; outside the EU), Stripe (payment), Google (only if you sign in with Google), and our email provider once emails are active.
Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data and never use your photos to train AI models.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to its processing or to withdraw your consent, by writing to us. You may also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Cookies
We only use the cookies the service needs: the sign-in session and its security. No advertising or tracking cookies.
